       In accordance with industrial standards and regulations, Yizuo Electronics manufactures products for free maintenance or replacement of parts within the warranty period and at no additional manual maintenance charge. Warranty only applies to Yizuo Electronics sales products. 

       In the event of failure caused by non-human factors (i.e."physical damage"or factors other than" improper use ") during the warranty period, Yizuo has an obligation to take measures to restore the product to its normal condition without charge for maintenance. The warranty period and service form together determine the service content. "Physical damage" and "improper use" include the following: 

1、Abnormal power supply system, poor grounding, failure caused by lightning strike or product damage; 

2、Failure or damage caused by improper use or maintenance, such as liquid injection, external extrusion, falling damage, corrosion, etc. 

3、Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials (e.g. batteries, enclosures, connectors, etc.); 

4、The product has been modified to change the appearance and performance of the product, such as drilling, flying line, applying three anti-paint, etc. 

5、Use beyond the specifications promised in the product specification and cause failure or damage to the product; 

6、Products caused by software failures, such as viruses, do not work properly. 

       Accessories (CPU, memory, power, hard disk) appear in the following situation, Yizuo Electronics cannot provide free maintenance and services, customers have to pay additional service costs. 

1、 CPU category: private disassembly, transformation; appearance damage, such as touch needle broken, contact damage, PCB drop point, CPU quadrangle external force wear,2D code damage, etc. 

2、 Memory category: private disassembly, modification; label tear, resulting in the inability to identify our products; appearance damage, such as pcb board breakage, memory particle drop, gold finger burn, etc. 

3、Power supply category: private disassembly, modification; product identification is incomplete, such as QCPASS, bar code, serial number damaged or damaged; power bar code alteration, incomplete, power output and fan interface damage. 

4、Hard disk category: warranty seal tear, laser mark damage; label lost or not matched; label scratch, shedding, crimping, reattachment, dirty, etc.; interface damage, corner, disk body deformation; screw thread wear, lack of screws; disk body surface depression, tear, wipe marks, etc.
