Position Alignment and OCR Inspection on Stylish Shape of Bottles
One of our customer’s applications is using HSC series camera with TANK-8 series box PC to inspect irregular hexagonal bottles to do position alignment, label printing and OCR inspection. The end customer requests to print the label on a specific side of the bottle. Machine vision system identifies the side and collaborates with servo motor to do position alignment, label printing and OCR inspection. The combination of HSC-series camera and TANK-8 series box PC can also be used in appearance inspection of package and pill, PCBA mixed production and inspection.
